Many educators complain about the Certificate not showing time. This happens when you immediately check it just after redeeming your code or just after finishing the course from education.microsoft.com or on learn.microsoft.com

When you will complete the course on learn then it will start showing duration completed on your certificate.

It takes some hours (normally 4 – 12 hrs) to get updated on the certificate. So after completing your course do check it on another day and check if it is getting reflected on your transcript or not. When it will start showing on the transcript then download the certificate from education.microsoft.com

Kindly check it in a week and confirm because the portal migration from EDUCATION to LEARN is also happening, so it might take time.
