Can participate in Q&A.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n Who can create live events<\/h3>\nTo be able to create a live event, a person needs to have the following things. Your IT admin can provide more information.<\/p>\n \n- A Office 365 Enterprise E1, E3, or E5 license or a Office 365 A3 or A5 license.<\/li>\n
- Permission to create live events in Microsoft Teams admin center.<\/li>\n
- Permission to create live events in Microsoft Stream (for events produced using an external broadcasting app or device).<\/li>\n
- Full team membership in the org (can\u2019t be a guest or from another org).<\/li>\n
- Private meeting scheduling, screensharing, and IP video sharing, turned on in Team meeting policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Who can attend live events<\/h3>\nPublic events<\/b><\/p>\n If an event is public, anyone who has the link can attend without logging in.<\/p>\n Private events<\/b><\/p>\n If attendance is restricted to your org or to specific people and groups, attendees will need to log in to join.<\/p>\n If the event is produced in Teams, they\u2019ll need a license that includes Teams. If it\u2019s produced externally, they\u2019ll need one that includes Microsoft Stream.<\/p>\n System requirements and supported platforms<\/h3>\n\n- Supported operating systems:<\/b>\u00a0Windows 7 and later (32-bit and 64-bit), macOS X 10.10 and later<\/li>\n
- Supported mobile operating systems:<\/b>\u00a0Android 4.4 and later, iOS 10 and later<\/li>\n
- Supported web browsers:<\/b>\u00a0Chrome (last 3 versions), Edge RS2 and later, Firefox (last 3 versions), Internet Explorer 11, Safari<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
